You should receive an email from FullSend Florida every step of the way! From purchasing the product to shipping it to you! If you did not receive an email please send us one at questions@fsdistro.com!
Immediately after your purchase!
You are able to return/exchange your item within the first 30 days after. No returns or exchanges after 30 days.
Place the unused item back in to the original packaging.

FullSend Florida will notify you by email the item has been received and the status of your refund/exchange. If and when you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
